摘　　要：目的了解衡水学院大学新生PPD结果,为学校结核病的防治提供科学依据。方法对2012年9月至2014年9月6 732名衡水学院入学新生进行结核菌素实验(PPD),并对结果进行分析。结果 3年PPD强阳性率是逐年升高的21.30%、26.16%、29.42%,专接本新生的PPD强阳性率要高于大一新生(χ2=167.42,P<0.01),共确诊16例肺结核患者,肺结核患者中PPD强阳性率分别为72.70%、83.30%。结论 PPD作为新生入学的筛查项目有很好的警示作用,要引起足够的重视。Objective To understand the hengshui college freshman PPD as a result,the school will provide a scientific basis for TB prevention and control.Methods Tuberculin test（PPD）of hengshui college freshmen 6 732,and analyze the results.Results PPD is strong positive rate is rising year by year of 21.30 %,26.16 %,29.42 %,top-up PPD is strong positive rate than new freshmen（χ2=167.42,P〈0.01）,a total of 16 cases of TB diagnosis,tuberculosis in patients with PPD strong positive rate was72.70 %,83.30 %,respectively.Conclusions PPD as freshmen screening programme has a good warning role,should cause enough attention.
