摘　　要：为了使工作人员深入了解变压器的保护原理,加强对变压器的保护工作,设计了基于TMS320F28335+STC12LE5A60S2的变压器微机保护实验平台,其中TMS320F28335实时采集处理变压器两侧的电压电流信息,承担计算、通信和控制开入开出等任务,STC12LE5A60S2则通过串口通信方式接收来自DSP的数据信息,并控制TFT液晶显示模块MD070SD进行显示。通过外部按键控制,可以使MD070SD显示3种界面:定值整定界面、数据显示界面和保护测试界面,同时将单纯的文本显示转换成图文并茂的形式,使得实验原理简单形象,便于理解。本文给出了串口通信和液晶显示的硬件控制电路,并对液晶模块的3种显示界面进行了详细说明。测试结果表明,该平台能可靠实现数据显示和保护测试等功能,实时性好,可视性强。The design of the experimental platform about microprocessor-based transformer protection is based on TMS320F28335 and STC12LE5A60S2in order to make the staff to understand the principles of transformer protection deeply and strengthen the work of transformers＇ protection.The TMS320F28335 acquires and processes the real-time data about voltage and current of both sides of the transformer,undertaking the tasks of calculation,communication and controlling the switch quantity.The STC12LE5A60S2 receives data from the DSP through the serial communication and controls TFT LCD module MD070 SD.The MD070 SD can be controlled to show 3kinds of interfaces：setting interface/data display interface and the protection test interface through an external button.This paper presents the hardware control circuit both of the serial communication and the liquid crystal display,and gives a detailed account of the LCD module＇s 3display interfaces.Results of the tests show that the platform can achieve the function of data display and protection test reliably,its real-time andvisibility can meet the display requirements of the protection equipments for transformer.
