摘 要:蛋清灰浆三合土(简称蛋清灰浆)是中国古代广泛应用的一种重要建筑灰浆,了解其成分不仅是研究中国建筑科技史的需要,对于濒危文物建筑的维修加固等也具有十分重要的意义.利用抗原-抗体免疫反应的高特异性和灵敏度,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),首次实现了蛋清灰浆中微量蛋清成分的准确检测,最低检出浓度(质量分数)可达0.003%,同时解决了灰土本身的颜色干扰问题,为研究古代蛋清类灰浆的成分提供了有效检测技术.Egg white tabia mortar(referred to as "egg white mortar") as the representative of the ancient traditional mortar, was widely used in different areas in China. Determination of the composition of cemen ting material left in cultural relics, is of importance not only for Chinese architecture history and art tech- nology history, but also for maintenance of endangered cultural relics and development of modern green ce- menting material. High specificity and sensitivity of antigen-antibody immunoreaction were utilized. Accu- rate detection of micro-egg white in ancient mortar samples by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), have been realized for the first time. The minimum detectable concentration was 0. 003%(by mass). The interference from the color of earth itself is avoided, providing the effective detecting tech- niques for the determination of the composition of ancient tabia mortars and other remains.
