摘　　要：我国台湾地区警察枪支使用的制度主要是《警械使用条例》及相关政策文件规定,内容涵盖了警察使用枪支的原则、情形、程序、注意事项、法律后果等。其特点是制度设定模式比较科学;警察使用枪支行为的性质界定比较合理;使用枪支与其他警械作为一项整体制度加以设计;规定简洁,包容广泛;注重保护警察执法权益;警告程序的规定独具特色。In Taiwan region of China, the system of use of firearms by police, which is mainly regulated by ＂The Use of Police Weapons Act＂ and relevant policy documents, covers the principles, conditions, procedures, points for attention, and legal consequences of use of firearms and so on. This system is quite characteristic. Firstly, the way of formulation to the system is relatively scientific. Secondly, the definition of the nature of police-using-firearm actions is reasonable. Thirdly, the norms of using firearms and other weapons are regulated as a whole system. Fourthly, the contents of the system are concise but widely inclusive. Fifthly, the system pays much attention to the protection of fights and interests of police in law enforcement. Lastly, the provision of warning program before using firearms is unique.
