摘　　要：右美托咪定(DEX)是一种新型的α2肾上腺受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛作用,且无呼吸抑制,无术后恶心呕吐。近来研究发现,DEX在改善ICU患者的认知功能、降低谵妄发生率、预防围术期低氧血症、延长术后椎管内麻醉镇痛时长、调节机体炎性免疫反应、保护心肌细胞、控制性降压以及维持血流动力学平稳等方面也发挥着巨大的作用。本文综述了DEX最新的临床研究进展,相信随着实验研究、临床应用及相应的探索,DEX的应用会更加广泛。Dexmedetomidine（DEX） is a new type of alpha 2 adrenergic receptoragonist,with sedation and analgesia,with no respiratory depression,postoperative nausea and vomiting.Recent studies has showed that,DEX can also improve cognitive function of patients in ICU,reduce the incidence of delirium,prevent of perioperative hypoxemia,prolong the duration of spinal anesthesia,regulate the body immune and inflammatory response,protect myocardial cells,control hypotension and maintain stable hemodynamics and so on.This paper reviews the latest progress in clinical research of Dexmedetomidine,with the continuous application and exploration of the experimental study,DEX will be more extensive.
