Foley导尿管在妇科宫腔出血中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨Foley导尿管在妇科宫腔出血中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年2月-2015年2月本院妇科收治的宫腔出血患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者接受传统保守治疗,观察组患者在缩宫素等药物治疗的基础上,接受Foley双腔导尿管的导尿与止血治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果 两组不同类型的宫腔出血量、出血时间、住院时间、治疗成本差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Foley导尿管应用于妇科宫腔出血治疗中,效果显著,与传统保守治疗比较,可减少出血量,缩短出血时间、住院时间,为患者节省治疗成本,具有很高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of Foley catheter in uterine hemorrhage of department of gynecology. Methods 80 patients with uterine hemorrhage admitted into our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group in random.In control group,patients were provided with traditional conservative treatment,while in observation group,Foley was used for catheterization and hemostasis on the basis of drug treatment with oxytocin and so on.The clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results There was a statistical difference of different type of uterine hemorrhage amount,time of hemorrhage,hospital stay,and treatment cost between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Foley catheter applied to treat uterine hemorrhage in department of gynecology can obtain a remarkable effect.Compared with the traditional conservative treatment,it can reduce hemorrhage amount,shorten bleeding time and hospital stay,and the treatment cost is saved for patients,which has a very high clinical promotion value.
