摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理服务在门诊输液室中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年8-12月收治的90例门诊输液患者,将其按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予人性化护理,比较两组患者护理满意情况和健康教育情况。结果实验组的护理总满意度95.56%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组的健康教育覆盖率和知晓率分别为100%和86.67%,对照组分别为80.00%和68.89%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,人性化护理可显著改善门诊输液患者的护理满意度,对健康知识的普及也更有利。Objective To investigate the application value of humanized nursing service in outpatient service in transfusion room. Methods 90 cases of outpatient transfusion in our hospital from August to December 2014 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group by the method of random digits table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,experimental group was treated with humanized nursing service.The nursing satisfaction and health education situation between two group was compared. Results The total satisfaction of nursing in experimental group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 77.78% of control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The coverage and the awareness rate of health education in experimental group was respectively 100% and 86.67%,in control group was 80.00% and 68.89%,there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine nursing service,humanized nursing service could improve the nursing satisfaction,has advantage on popular health education.
