摘  要:目的:研究百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年4月至2014年6月明确诊断为上呼吸道感染患儿104例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组患儿口服百蕊颗粒联合静脉滴注利巴韦林,对照组患儿单纯静脉滴注利巴韦林,两组患儿均给予相同的对症治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后临床效果。结果观察组患儿咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、流涕、啰音以及哮鸣音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后2~6天,观察组患儿体温和白细胞计数降低效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.98,P=0.026)。结论百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林能够快速有效地控制小儿急性上呼吸道感染进展。ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of Bairui particles combined with ribavirin in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory infection.MethodSelected our hospital from April 2012 to June 2014, 104 cases children with acute upper respiratory infection, randomly divided into control group and observation group. Observation group were treated with Bairui particles oral combined with ribavirin intravenous, control group were treated with ribavirin intravenous, and the two groups were given the same symptomatic treatment. Clinical effect of the two groups after treatment were compared.ResultChildren in observation group with cough, sputum, asthma, runny nose, rale and wheezing sound disappeared time were signiifcantly shorter than control group (P〈0.01), 2~6 days after treatment, temperature and white blood cell counts of observation group reduced effect were obviously better than control group (P〈0.05). Total efifciency of observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group (χ2=4.98,P=0.026).Conclusion Bairui particles combined with ribavirin can quickly and effectively control the progress of children with acute respiratory infection.
