摘　　要：以某大学图书馆的借阅数据为例,采用数据挖掘(Data Mining)技术,分析读者群在某时段利用图书馆的历史记录,推断出不同层次的读者行为特点,根据其行为特征判断他们对图书馆文献信息服务需求差异;根据其需求信息及时提供专业的个性化服务,同时也能为图书馆优化馆藏提供科学的依据,更好地提高高校图书馆文献资源保障率。This paper used data mining technology to analyze the readers＇ historical records in the library at a timeaccording to the borrowing data of a certain university library. Through the statistical analysis of records at a time, it inferred the readers＇ behavior characteristics of different level, and determined their different demands of libraryliterature information service according to the behavior characteristics. Based on the demand information, library could provide real-time personalized professional service, as well as scientific basis for the optimization of library collection, so as to improve the literature resource guarantee rate of university library..
