摘　　要：文章根据我国高校图书馆管理布局现状,结合现代信息技术和国内外图书馆发展实际,在泛在理念下,对我国高校图书馆转型发展的必要性、可能性及关键问题和建设方法,进行了初步的分析和梳理,旨在以此助推我国高校图书馆事业的进一步发展。According to the management and layout of China＇ s university libraries, combining with modern information technology and domestic and foreign development of library, this article made a preliminary summary and analysis on the necessity, possibility, key problems and construction methods of the transformation development of China＇ s university libraries, to boost the further development of them.
