摘　　要：根据中山大学北校区图书馆(医学馆)过刊合订本的实际验收情况,结合笔者的工作经验,比较ILAS系统和ALEPH500系统在过刊合订本验收的实际工作情况,阐述过刊合订本验收工作中的注意事项,指出验收工作中容易出现的问题,提出验收工作中应采取的有效措施。With the bound volume check and acceptance in North Campus Library of Sun Yat-sen University（Medical Library） as an example, combined with the author＇ s working practice, this paper compared the actual working status of bound volume check and acceptance between ILAS system and ALEPH500 system, and expounded the considerations and existing problems in bound volume check and acceptance working, and then put forward some effective measures.
