摘　　要：随着高校图书馆信息化建设的需要,云计算给各高校图书馆信息资源建设带来了很多好处,但同时也带来了数据安全、数字资源版权和网络问题。With the needs of information construction in university library, cloud computing has brought a lot of benefits for the information resource construction of university library, and also caused some problems, including data security,digital resource copyright and network. This paper expressed some views on the private cloud issue in the information construction of university library.
