摘　　要：以2004-2013十年间的中国互联网络统计报告为基础,结合高校纸质资源与电子资源利用情况的变化趋势,提出高校图书馆转型时期服务创新的三点策略:广泛利用新媒体新技术,加大图书馆服务推广力度;引入新型存储方式,提高资源共享与读者存储个性化程度。Based on the statistical reports of China＇s Internet（2004-2013） and the changing trend of paper and electronic resources in university, this research proposed three strategies in university libraries＇ service innovation： making extensive use of new media and technologies to further strengthen library service promotion; making full use of resource advantage to transform to new study mode; introducing new storage mode to personalize the resource sharing and reader storage.
