Objective: To investigate the significance of functional changes of T helper lymphocyte in acute lung injury.Method: 100 mice were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 50 mice.Mice in the observation group were injected with proper amount of LPS and made models of acute lung injury. The contents of interferon and interleukin in the cell supernatants of mice were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The expression situation of IFN-γ, gene in the mice's spleen cells was measured by reverse transcriptase-PCR determination method. The measurement results were compared between the two groups.Result: The content of IFN- γ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the content of IL-4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The expression ability of IFN- γ gene in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significanl (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: When the acute lung injury occurs the mice will produce anti inflammatory response. The functional changes of T helper lymphocytes have great effect on the incidence and development of acute lung injury.
