摘　　要：粉防己与广防己因药名、功效较为相似,常混淆使用。本文在总结近几年文献资料的基础上,从基源、原植物性状、药材性状、显微特征、饮片特征、化学成分等方面,比较两者的相同点与不同点,并对其临床应用进行总结,为澄清药源,保证用药安全提供依据。Stephania tetrandra and Aristolochia fangchi are often confused in use because their names and efficacy are similar.On the basis of summarizing the literature materials in recent years,this paper compares the similarities and differences between Stephania tetrandra and Aristolochia fangchi,from the basis of the source,the original plant characters,the characters of the medicinal material,the microscopic characteristics,the characteristics of the pieces and the chemical composition,and summarizes the clinical application,in order to provide the basis of clarifying the drug source and ensuring the drug safety.
