抗高尿酸血症天然产物的药理研究进展

摘　　要：以中药为主的天然产物有效部位或成分通过降低黄嘌呤氧化酶或/和腺苷脱氨酶活性而减少尿酸生成,或者调控表达异常的尿酸盐转运体而促进尿酸的排泄,从而发挥抗高尿酸血症的药理作用。本文综述了抗高尿酸血症的天然产物相关实验研究,阐述了以中药为主的天然产物有效部位或成分治疗高尿酸血症的药理机制,以期为抗高尿酸血症的新药研究和痛风的中医药治疗提供参考。Many natural products,mainly from Chinese herbs,showed significant anti-hyperuricemia activity through decreasing the generation of uric acid by reducing the activity of xanthine oxidase or/and adenosine deaminase,and promoting the excretion of uric acid by regulating the expression of urate transporter.Here we reviewed the experimental research on pharmacological effect of anti-hyperuricemic natural products,expounding the pharmacological mechanism of treating hyperuricemia with the ingredients or the effective parts of natural products,providing reference for the study on anti-hyperuricemic new drugs and Chinese medicine treatment of gout.
