足部游离皮瓣移植修复手部皮肤缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究足部游离皮瓣移植修复手部皮肤缺损的临床治疗效果。方法:对2007年1月-2013年8月收治的218例手部皮肤缺损行足部游离皮瓣移植手术的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果:笔者所在医院共进行足部游离皮瓣手术218例,210例完全成活,部分坏死3例,完全坏死5例,总成功率为96.33%,总有效率为97.71%。按照《中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准》来判定术后修复肢体功能恢复情况,优良率为94.03%。结论:手部皮肤缺损的手术治疗方法中,足部游离皮瓣是最佳的手术方式。Objective： To explore the clinical effect for repair soft tissue defect of hand by foot free flaps transplantation.Method： The data of 218 cases with hand skin defects treated in our hospital from January 2007 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Result： 218 patients were used by foot free flaps, 210 flaps of them survived completely, 3 cases were partial necrosis, 5 cases were necrosis. The total success rate was 96.33%, total effective rate was 97.71%. According to Chinese Medical Association of hand surgery to the upper extremity function assessment standard to determine, postoperative fine rate was 94.03%.Conclusion： In the operative methods of hand skin defect, foot free flap is the best way of surgery reconstruction.
