摘  要:目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8及IL-10在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清中的表达及临床意义。方法选取MPP患儿143例为观察组,其中急性期71例,恢复期72例;急性期患者按病情严重程度分为重症组30例和轻症组41例,另设同期健康体检儿童70例为对照组,检测各组受试者静脉血血清IL-6、IL-8和IL-10的水平。结果观察组急性期和恢复期患儿血清IL-6、IL-8水平均高于对照组,IL-10水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中急性期患儿血清IL-6、IL-8水平均高于恢复期,IL-10水平低于恢复期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。急性期重症组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8水平均高于轻症组,IL-10水平低于轻症组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-6、IL-8及IL-10参与MPP患者的免疫调节过程,可能与MPP的严重程度和转归相关。Objective To explore the expression of interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in the serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) and its significance. Methods A total of 143 MPP children were selected as observation group, in which 71 were in acute stage and 72 in convalescent stage. Children in acute stage were re-divided into severe group (30 cases) and mild group (41 cases). Meanwhile, another 70 healthy children undergoing physical examination served as control group. Serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 levels in venous blood of all groups were detected. Results Children in both acute and convalescent stages of observation group were evidently higher than control group in serumLevels of IL-6 and IL-8, but apparently lower in IL-10 level, and the differences were significant (P〈 0.01). In addition, children in acute stage were markedly higher in serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels but obviously lower in IL-10 level than those in convalescent stage, and there were significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Of children in acute stage, severe group was no- tably higher in serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels but prominently lower in IL-10 level than mild group, and the differences were significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 all participate in the immune-regulative process of MPP, which is in potential association with the severity and outcome of MPP.
