摘  要:目的:优化智能化门诊药房工作流程,提高药房人员工作效率,缩短患者候药时间。方法:对我院药房在使用自动发药机后工作流程上各环节存在的问题进行分析,针对加药、配药、发药各环节的影响因素制订并实施相关措施以进行流程优化,并以配药时间、发药时间和患者候药时间为指标评价流程优化后效果。结果:通过采取调整入机药品品种数、轨道数和位置,在系统加药界面添加相似药品对照图片,规范加药流程,改进调配标签信息标示,调整发药流程,增设小包装药品等措施,6个月后药师的平均配药时间、发药时间和患者候药时间明显缩短,分别从3.4 min缩短至1.0 min、9.3 min缩短至6.1 min、12.7 min缩短至7.1 min。结论:优化药房智能化工作流程可缩短患者候药时间,提高患者满意度,推进药房智能化发展。OBJECTIVE:To reduce patient waiting time for drugs by improving work efficiency via the optimization of the intelligent workflow of outpatient pharmacy. METHODS:The problems existing in each link in the workflow after the adoption of automated drug dispensing machine in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were analyzed. Measures were developed and implemented,on the basis of the factors affecting each link including adding drugs,making up a prescription and dispensing drugs,to optimize the workflow. The effect after the optimization was evaluated,with the time it takes to make up a prescription and to dispense drugs and patient waiting time for drugs as the indexes. RESULTS:The averaged time it takes a pharmacist to make up a prescription and to dispense drugs and patient waiting time for drugs significantly reduced from 3.4 min,9.3 min and 12.7 min to 1.0min,6.1 min and 7.1 min respectively,after taking measures such as adjusting the number of the drug types,tracks and positions in the machine,adding the contrasting pictures of the drugs which were similar on the system interface for adding drugs,standardizing the process of adding drugs,improving and allocating information labels,adjusting the process of dispensing drugs and adding new small packages of drugs within 6 months. CONCLUSIONS:The optimized intelligent workflow in the pharmacy can reduce patient waiting time for drugs,increase patient satisfaction and promote the development of intelligent pharmacy.
