摘 要:颅脑损伤是法医工作中最常见的损伤类型,其中脑干损伤由于死因鉴定缺乏有说服力的客观证据而易引起纠纷。近年来,原发性脑干损伤的研究越来越受到重视。本文对原发性脑干损伤的特点、组织病理学、分子生物学及其超微结构的相关研究进行了综述,重点介绍组织病理学改变和免疫组化相关研究,希望能够为原发性脑干损伤的研究提供参考,为相关案件的鉴定提供新的思路和方法。Craniocerebral injury is the most common injury type in forensic work, among which the brain stem injury tends to cause disputes. The disputes are mainly due to the lack of persuasive objective evidence of the identification of brain stem injury death. In recent years, primary brain stem injury has drawn more and more attention. This article reviews the characteristic, histopathological, molecular-biological and uhrastruetural research of primary brain-stem injury, and focuses on the histopathological changes and immunohistoehemical research in hope of providing references for the study of primary brain stem injury and offering new ideas and methods for the identification of related cases.
