摘　　要：基于对已有文献的分析,结合国内外生态制度建设的经验,提出了生态认养制度.从生态认养的内涵、可行性、基本思路以及框架等方面全面阐述了生态认养制度.生态认养从生态与经济的关系出发,将生态与经济原本无序的状态转变为有序的互动状态,实现了经济效益、生态效益、社会效益的统一,具有实施的可行性.如何实施生态认养是制度成败的关键,故对实施的标准、过程、具体步骤进行了探讨.Based on the study of existing literature,combined with the experience in construction of ecological system,we put forward the ecology-adoption system. From the content,feasibility,basic ideas and framework,we expound the ecology-adoption system. Ecology-adoption system starting from the relationship between ecology and economy,makes the disorder status transit to the order status,then achieves the unification of economic,ecological and social benefit. How to implement the ecology-adoption is key to success ,therefore we analyze the implementation of standards,procedures and specific steps.
