摘　　要：目的对2009年-2013年焦作市妇幼保健服务质量进行分析,评价各年度妇幼保健工作的开展情况。方法以7岁以下儿童保健管理率、3岁以下儿童系列管理率、新生儿访视率、建卡率、产前检查率、孕产妇系统管理率、妇女病普查率、妇女病检出率为指标,运用Topsis法分析2009-2013年焦作市妇幼保健服务质量。结果焦作市2009-2013年妇幼保健服务质量总体上有所改善,个别年份有所下降,2010年相对较差,Ci值为0.4586;2013年最优,Ci值为0.5119。结论由于政策和财政支持力度的增加和公共卫生服务均等化的推进,焦作市妇幼保健工作稳步推进。Objective To analyze the quality of the maternal and child health care services during 2009-2013 in Jiaozuo, so as to carry out the evaluation of the annual maternal and child health care. Methods The method of Topsis was adopted to evaluate the quality of the service work. The rate of the health care management of children under the age 7, the rate of system management of children under the age of 3, the rate of the neonatal visit, the rate of the establishment of security card, the check rate before born, the rate of maternal system management of pregnant and lying-in woman, the rate of gynecological diseases census, and the rate of women＇s disease detection were evaluated respectively. Results The quality of health care services for women and infants was improved during 2009-2013 in Jiaozuo, but some years had decline. The quality of 2010 was the worst, whose value of Ca was 0.4586, and that of 2013 was the best, whose value of Ci was 0.5119. Conclusion Due to the increase in policies and financial supports and the promotion in public health service equalizations, the quality of maternal and child health care work improved steadily in Jiaozuo City.
