河南省疟疾流行二类县专业技术人员疟原虫检测能力的评估分析

摘　　要：目的对2015年将要参加消除疟疾考核的二类县的专业技术人员进行疟原虫检测能力的考核评估,了解其疟原虫检测能力。方法将参加考核的技术人员按性别、年龄、文化程度、职称、单位级别和类别进行分组,采用SPSS17.0软件对各组考核成绩进行分析比较。结果 361名专业技术人员参加考核,合计平均分为165.87分,最高者193分,最低者87分,120分及格,及格人数为354人,占98.06%。女性各项成绩均高于男性;>50岁年龄组的理论成绩与其他各年龄组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各年龄组间成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着学历的升高,各项成绩均依次递增;中级职称人员的镜检和合计成绩与初级职称技术人员的成绩相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但理论和血片制作成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着单位级别的提高,镜检、血片制作和合计成绩均依次递增且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在单位类型上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二类县技术人员的总体水平较高,但血片制作水平较低,需要加强技术人员的培训,尤其要加强血片制作的培训。Objective To evaluate the capability of malaria parasite detections among professionals from Class Ⅱ malaria endemic counties of Henan Province. Methods All the professionals were grouped by the gender, age, educational degrees, professional titles, levels and types of the institution. Their scores were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results 361 professionals were tested and 354 （98.06%） participants passed the test （≥ 120 scores）. The average total score was 165.87. The highest was 193 and the lowest was 87. The scores of females were higher than males. The scores of malaria knowledge in 50-plus age group were significantly lower than the other three groups （P〈0.05）. There were no significantly differences between the other three age groups （P〉0.05）. The scores were proportional to their educational degree. The film-reading and total scores of intermediate group were significantly higher than the scores of the primary group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically difference between the groups in the theory and blood slide making scores （P〉0.05）. The theory, blood slide making and total scores of the three institution level groups were proportional to their level and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences for the scores between the two institution type groups. Conclusion The overall level of the capabilities of these Class Ⅱ malaria endemics are pretty good, but the capability of blood slide making is especially low. It is urgent to promote the training for the professionals and strengthen the capability of blood slide making.
