郑州市中小学生慢性病防治知识现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市中小学生对慢性病相关防治知识掌握情况,为郑州市中小学校的健康教育和健康促进活动提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取3 331名中小学生进行健康知识调查,计算慢性病相关防治知识知晓率。结果郑州市中小学生慢性病防治知识总体知晓率为59.45%,其中,对引起肥胖的原因、不良生活方式、吸烟的危害及健康的概念知晓率较高,对肥胖、糖尿病的并发症及糖尿病的预防措施知晓率较低;女生比男生知晓率高;随着年级增长知晓率也增长;家庭有卫生工作者的高于无卫生工作者(均P<0.05);电视、广播、报纸、杂志、科普书等大众媒体是中小学生获取健康知识的主要途径。结论郑州市中小学生慢性病防治相关知识比较欠缺,学校应根据学生不同年龄段特点,加强慢性病防治知识的健康教育。Objective To understand the status on prevention knowledge of chronic diseases among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou City, so as to provide scientific evidences for the health education and health promotion of the primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou City. Methods 3, 331 students were selected in the survey by the multi-phases stratified random sampling, and we calculated the awareness rate of prevention knowledge of chronic diseases. Results The awareness rate of prevention knowledge of chronic diseases was 59.45%. The awareness rate of the causes resulted in obesity, unhealthy lifestyle, the risk of smoking and the concept of health were high. While the awareness rate of precautionary measures against the complications in association with obesity and diabetes was low. The awareness rate of girls was better than that of boys. The awareness rate increased with the increasing of grade. The awareness rate increased if there were health care workers （P〈0.05）. Television, broadcast, newspaper, magazines, books and media were the main sources for the students to obtain health care information. Conclusion The primary and secondary students of Zhengzhou are generally in lack of knowledge of chronic diseases prevention. Schools should enhance health care education according to different grades and classes.
