摘　　要：盆地致密油气储层的勘探开发难度大,采用常规技术的单井产量低,难以实现经济有效开发。为了提高单井产量,开展了井下脉冲压裂工艺及工具技术攻关,形成了定型工具产品。介绍了PFT95-I型脉冲压裂工具的结构、工作原理。现场应用表明,该工具耐冲蚀,射孔效果好,井底混砂均匀;通过调整地面油管及环空排量实时控制井底砂浓度,处理砂堵的能力强,施工安全、可靠,满足脉冲压裂技术要求。混合器混砂性能良好,可以实现油管高砂浓度液体与环空纯净流体在井底的均匀混合。Basin tight oil and gas reservoir,exploration and development difficult using convention-al technology,low single well production,it is difficult to realize the economic effective develop-ment,in order to improve the single well production,development of downhole pulse fracturing research technique and tool technology,forming a shaping tool products.This paper introduces the structure,working principle of PFT95-I type pulse fracturing tool.Field application shows that the tool,erosion resistant,perforating effect is good,the bottom sand mixing evenly,can achieve real-time control bottom sand concentration through the adjustment of the surface of pipe and an-nulus displacement,sand plug strong processing ability,construction safety,reliable,meet the re-quirements of the pulse fracturing technology.Mixer sand mixing performance is good and can a-chieve high sand concentration liquid tubing and annulus fluid in homogeneous mixing at the bot-tom of the pure.
