摘　　要：国内现有的热洗井清蜡设备大多数是以柴油作为锅炉燃料,作业成本高,环境污染严重。研制了以天然气为锅炉燃料的热洗井清蜡设备,关键部件有车载特种天然气锅炉、多级递降式燃气减压处理系统及燃烧智能控制系统等,采用了新技术,并优化了结构。现场应用结果表明,该设备性能可靠,节能环保,完全可以满足油田热洗井作业需要。The existing oil-well wax removal vehicle in our country mostly uses diesel oil as the fu-el of the boiler,which causes high operating costs and serious environmental pollution.Oil-well wax removal vehicle is developed,with natural gas as the fuel of the boiler and with key compo-nents such as truck mounted special natural gas boiler,multistage step-down gas decompression processing system and the intelligent combustion control system.It adopts new technology and optimizes the structure.Field application shows that the device with reliable performance,energy saving and environmental protection,can fully meet the oilfield wax removal operations.
