摘 要:通过自制的浸渍挤出机头制备了连续长玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)复合材料,讨论了生产工艺、玻纤含量、玻纤分布等对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料合适加工温度是240~260℃;与传统玻纤增强PBT相比,连续长玻纤增强PBT复合材料中玻纤平均长度增加,复合材料的综合性能有提高;连续长玻纤含量越高,复合材料综合性能越好,当玻纤质量分数从20%增加到50%时,复合材料强度、模量增加1倍左右.热变形温度达到234℃,同时粒子和试样表面也变得粗糙。PBT composites reinforced with continuous long glass fiber were prepared through the self-made impregnating extruder die. The effects of production process, fiber content and fiber distribution on the composite properties were discussed. The results show that the suitable processing temperature for the composites is 240~260 ℃; and compared with the traditional fiber reinforced PBT, the comprehensive performance of the PBT composites reinforced with continuous long glass fiber increases with the increase of the average length of long glass fiber. The content of long glass fiber is higher, the eom- prehen of sire performance of the composites is better. When the long glass fiber content increases from 20% to 50M, the strength and modulus of the composites are increased al- most to double and heat distortion temperature reaches 234 ℃ with particles and the specimen surface being rough.
