摘  要:对兰州石化公司生产的低密度聚乙烯2240H(以下简称224DH)与市场认可的同类产品进行了基本物性、结构性能和交联性能的对比研究。结果表明,2240H的基本物性与同类产品的相当,维卡软化点较低;2240H的长支链含量较高、双键含量较低,不利于交联反应;加入过氧化物后2240H达到最低扭矩的时间最长;通过调整反应参数提高双键含量,可提高2240H交联能力,缩短交联时间。Basic physical properties,molecular structures and cross-linking properties of 2240H of lanzhou petrochemical company and similar products of market acceptance were studied comparatively. The results indicate that the basic properties of the 2240H are dose to those of similar products,and the vicat softening point is lower than those of similar products. The 2240H is unsuitable for cross-linking reaction because of high content of long chain branching and low content of the double bond. It costs the longest time for the 2240H added with peroxied to reach the minimum torque. Recommendations are made to improve the content of double bonds by adjusting the reaction parameters, thereby enhan- cing cross-linking capability and shortening the reaction time of 2240H.
