摘 要:通过熔融共混的方法制备聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/聚乙二醇(PEG)黏结剂,利用旋转流变仪、扫描电镜、热重分析等手段研究了黏结剂的熔体流动行为、微观形貌和热分解行为,并将其用于316L不锈钢金属粉末注射成型中。结果表明:该黏结剂的熔体流动行为呈假塑性流体;黏结剂脱脂速度快,且表面的孔径较内层孔径大,黏结剂在氩气气氛下能够完全热分解。该黏结剂满足316L不锈钢金属粉末注射成型的工艺和技术要求。PVB/PMMA/PEG binder were prepared by melt blending. The melt flow behavior, micro morphology, and thermal decomposition behavior of the binder were stud- ied by rotational rheometer, scanning electron microscopy, thermal analyzer, and then the binder is used for 316L stainless steel powder injection molding. The results show that the melt flow behavior of the binder is pseudoplastic fluid. The debinding rate of the binder is fast, and the aperture of the surface is larger than that of the inner. The binder can be completely thermally decomposed under argon atmosphere. The binder meets the process and technical re- quirements of the 316L stainless steel powder injection molding.
