摘　　要：根据汽车手套箱斗的结构特点,采用倒装模、定模侧向抽芯和"直通式水道+倾斜式水道+水井"的温度控制系统技术设计了一副大型注塑模具。分析和研究了模具浇注系统、成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统,确定了先进合理、安全实用的模具结构,获得了满意的成型效果。According to the structural characteristics of the car handschuhkasten, a large in- jection mold is designed by use of the backward mode, side core-pulling in fixed mold, and the temperature control system of ＂straight-pipes q-pitched pipesq- inclined wells＂. The gating sys- tem, molding parts, side pulling mechanism, the temperature control system, oriented positio- ning system and stripping system are analyzed and studied. The advanced and reasonable, safe and practical mold structure is determined,and satisfactory molding results are obtained.
