摘　　要：为便于从军事训练数据中统计分析出部队实体作战能力,提出了一种基于部队训练数据的部队实体作战能力计算流程和方法。首先分析了作战能力与军事训练数据的关系,然后对作战能力进行形式化描述,再选择作战能力的主要影响条件,根据作战条件对实体训练进行分组,进而对每类作战能力进行统计分析,得到实体作战能力的分布特征,以及资源投入与作战能力之间的依存关系。最后,通过示例分析验证了该方法。To facilitate performing statistical analyses of operational capabilities for entities from military training data,the process and method for calculating operational capabilities based on military training data are proposed.Firstly,the relationship between operational capability and military training data is analyzed.Secondly,the operational capability is formally described.Thirdly,the principal conditions affecting the combat capability are chosen.The military entity training is classified according to operational conditions.The operational capability of each category is statistically analyzed for obtaining the distribution characteristics of the entity operational capability and the dependency functions between input of resources and operational capabilities.Finally,the method is validated by using an example.
