医院超声科室质量控制与管理常见问题分析及政策建议

摘　　要：超声技术发展迅速,其在临床上的应用也越来越广泛。医院超声科室质量控制尚存在一些问题,主要表现在:专业设置紊乱、工作人员职责划分不合理、超声科工作量缺乏限定、从业人员专业技术水平不高、重复检查和多余检查现象严重等。应通过强化专业设置与学科管理、加强人才队伍建设和继续教育、建立超声科医生与临床科室医生交流的常态机制等途径,提高超声科室质量控制与管理水平。Ultrasonic technology has developed rapidly and is more and more widely applied in clinic.However, there were still some problems of quality control in ultrasonic department of hospital,mainly containing:disorder of specialty setting,irrationality of responsibility allocation,lack of limiting workload,low level of professional tech-nology,repeated and excess inspection,and so on.Some potential available suggestions were provided,including reasonable specialty setting and discipline management,strengthening the construction of talent team and continuing education,and establishing the normal communication mechanism of ultrasonic doctor and other clinical doctor.
