兰州市体检人群高血压患者自我功效与依从行为相关性分析

摘　　要：目的对兰州市体检人群高血压患者自我功效和依从行为进行研究,分析两者之间的相关性,为今后研究工作和干预提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对兰州市体检人群高血压患者进行随机调查,采用便利抽样的方法选取兰州大学第一医院体检中心,采用单纯随机抽样的方法选择2013年11月—2014年1月在体检中心体检的108例高血压患者进行调查,研究其自我效能、依从行为情况及相关性。结果兰州市体检人群高血压患者的自我功效总分为29.41±9.10分,依从行为总分为27.00±6.29分,两者之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论体检人群高血压患者的自我功效和依从行为两者密切相关,在之后的工作中应重视高血压患者自我效能的提升,提高其依从行为。Objectives Through study on hypertension patient in Lanzhou with self-efficacy of and compliance behavior, to analyze the correlation between them,and to provide the basis for future research and intervention.Methods A con-venience sampling method was used.108 patients with hypertension in Lanzhou medical center were investigated u-sing Self-efficacy Assessment Scale for Hypertensives,Compliance behavior Questionnaire.Results The total score of self-efficacy was 29.41±9.10;the total score of compliance behavior was 27.00±6.29;self-efficacy and medica-tion compliance,nondrug treatment compliance were positively correlated (P <0.05).Conclusions Self-efficacy is closely correlated to treatment compliance in patients with hypertension in Lanzhou medical center.Measures should&nbsp;be carried out to enhance the importance of self-efficacy in patients with hypertension and to improve their compliance behavior.
