中医干预对育龄妇女偏颇体质优化效果研究初探

摘　　要：目的探讨中医干预对孕前育龄妇女偏颇体质的优化效果。方法选取北京市平谷区孕前育龄妇女198名作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,于2013年8-10月对其进行为期3个月的中医干预,并在干预前后利用"中医体质量表"和"中医体质分类判定标准"确定研究对象体质类型,同时对其进行一对一问卷调查。采用χ2检验比较干预组和对照组在中医干预后偏颇体质转为平和体质有效率的差异。结果在经过3个月的饮食调养、经络调养、运动调理、起居调护、情志调摄等中医干预后,以偏颇体质转化为平和体质为结局指标,干预组中有效例数为30例,对照组中有效例数为14例,有效率分别为36.59%和15.73%,中医干预后两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.71,P=0.001 8)。结论中医干预对孕前育龄妇女偏颇体质改善有效。Objectives To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)intervention in optimizing biased physique for women of childbearing before pregnancy.Methods 1 98 Women of childbearing were selected in Pinggu District of Beijing as subjects;they were randomly assigned into the intervention group and the control group.From August to October 2013,subjects received TCM intervention for three-month.Before and after the intervention,the"Chinese physique Scale"and"Chinese physique classification criteria"were used to determine the physique types.Meanwhile,one to one questionnaire survey was conducted.By χ2 test ,after TCM intervention, differences between the intervention and control groups about the biased physique were compared.Results Three months of TCM intervention included Diet to restore,Meridian recuperation,sports,personal nursing,emotional accomplishment and so on.Biased physique converted into peace physique was outcomes.The number of effective cases in the intervention group was 30 cases,in the control group 14 cases,with a effective rate of 36.59% and 1 5.73% respectively.By χ2 test,after the TCM intervention,the differences between the two groups was statisti-cally significant (χ2 = 9.71,P = 0.001 8).Conclusions TCM intervention in women of childbearing can improve the biased physique.
