摘　　要：教风建设是教学质量的重要保障,是学校内涵建设的重要载体。高校教学督导应充分发挥自身"督"和"导"的作用,促进教风建设深入开展。Teaching construction of colleges and universities has been regarded as an important guarantee of teaching quality,and a carrier of connotation construction of colleges as well. In recent years,enlargement of recruitment and popularization of higher education have made teachers slacken the improvement of their own qualities and capabilities,which has affected the teaching construction of colleges and universities. So,it is essential to play an effective role of ＂ supervision＂ and ＂ guidance＂ and focus on the implementation of teaching construction.
