摘  要:在电–热联合系统中,应用大容量储热可提高电力系统运行控制的灵活性,从而提升系统消纳风电的能力。根据电力系统和热力系统的耦合关系,储热的应用位置包括热电联产机组处和电供热系统处。通过对储热环节的控制,打破以热定电的电–热刚性耦合关系,提高系统调节能力。构建了包含储热的热电联产机组、电供热系统的调度模型,将储热纳入包含风电的电力系统有功调度体系。基于我国某省级电网的实际数据,仿真分析了储热提升风电消纳能力的效果,比较了不同应用位置储热在运行模式上的差异。Thermal storage can be applied in combined electricity-heat system to enhance the flexibility of power system and improve wind power accommodation further. According to the coupling of power system and thermal system, thermal storage can be applied at combined heat and power unit and electric heating system. By controlling the thermal storage, the rigid coupling relationship between electricity and heat, namely, electricity being determined by heat, is broken, and the adjustment capacity of the system is enhanced. The dispatching models of combined heat and power unit and electric heating system with thermal storages were constructed. The thermal storage was included into the active power dispatching system of power systems with wind power. The effect of thermal storage in improving wind power accommodation was simulated with the actual data of a provincial power grid of China, and the different operation modes of thermal storages at different places were compared.
