摘 要:目的:研究左乙拉西坦(LEV)单药或添加对学龄期儿童癫痫患儿脑电活动的影响。方法:选取我院确诊为癫痫的学龄期儿童96例,给予LEV单药或添加治疗12个月,观察患儿脑电图间歇期痫性放电(IEA)的改善情况及LEV对脑电背景活动的影响。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗12个月末患儿脑电图IEA改善率为83.72%,脑电图α波频率减慢(t=3.09,P<0.01),θ波频率增快(t=4.64,P<0.01),δ波增快(t=2.64,P<0.05)。结论:LEV可明显抑制学龄期癫痫儿童脑电图IEA,对脑电背景活动有明显改善作用。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Levetiracetam (LEV) monotherapy or conjoint treatment on brain electrical activity in school aged children with epilepsy. Methods: Ninety-six children with epilepsy were treated with LEV monotherapy or conjoint treatment for 12 months. The efficacy of LEV on interictal epileptiform activity (IEA) and background activity in electroencephalograph (EEG) was observed. Results: EEG IEA was improved in 83.27% children with LEV treatment for 12 months. Comparing with baseline, it was observed that α wave rhythm was slower (t=3.09, P〈0.01 ), then 0 (t=4.64, P〈0.01 ) and 8 (t= 2.64, P〈0.05) wave rhythm was faster significantly after LEV treatment for 12 months. Conclusion: LEV treatment could inhibit the IEA and improve the background activity in EEG significantly in school aged children with epilepsy.
