不明原因复发性流产与配偶精子核蛋白组型异常的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不明原因复发性流产与配偶精液常规参数,精子正常形态率,精子核蛋白组型异常率的关系。方法收集62例流产组配偶精液和35例对照组的精液,精液分析常规采用西班牙SCA精液质量分析仪,精子正常形态率用DIFF-QUIK染色方法检测,精子核蛋白组型异常率用苯胺蓝染色法检测。结果流产组精液体积、精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、精子正常形态率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,而精子核蛋白组型异常与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不明原因复发性流产与配偶精液常规参数没有相关性,而与精子核蛋白组型异常可能存在一定的相关性。Objective： To investigate the correlation between unexplained recurrent abortion and spouse semen routine parameters,morphologically normalsperm rate and rate of abnormal sperm nucleoprotein. Methods： A total of 62 spouse semen specimens from abortion group and 35 spouse semen specimens from control group were collected. The semen routine parameters were determined using Spain SCA sperm quality analysis. Morphologically normal sperm rate was determined using DIFF-QUIK staining method. Nucleoprotein abnormal sperm rate was analyzed using aniline blue staining method. Results： Compared with control group,the semen volume,sperm concentration and forward movement sperm rate in abortion group showed no statistical significance,but the difference of abnormal sperm nucleoprotein showed statistical significance compared with control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： There was no correlation between unexplained recurrent abortion and spouse semen routine parameters. However,it may have a certain correlation with abnormal sperm nucleoprotein.
