摘　　要：社会结构的调整与转型使非营利组织的存在和发展成为必然,非营利组织既拥有发展机遇,又面临严峻挑战。我国的非营利组织建设起步晚,社会信用体系和制度体系不健全,"自愿失灵"现象突出,公信力缺失。解决非营利组织公信力缺失的现状,重拾民众信心,不仅需要非营利组织自身的科学管理和有效监管,更需要政府、社会媒体、捐赠者共同参与和监督。The adjustment and transformation of social structures makes necessary the existence and development of nonprofit organizations which have both development opportunities and severe challenges. In China, nonprofit organizations started rather late. Social credit and institutional systems are still imperfect, thus causing ＂failure of willingness＂ and lack of credibility. The so- lution of the current problem requires not only the scientific management and effective supervision of nonprofit organizations but also the participation and supervision of government, social media and donators.
