摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理在降低金属管腔类器械清洗不合格率中的应用效果。方法在卫生部制定的《消毒供应中心管理规范》行业标准上,制定我院消毒供应中心物品器械清洗质量标准,设立专职质控员,每日对经清洗后的金属管腔类器械进行质量检查,不定期抽查≥7次,对比实施PDCA循环管理前2014年1-4月金属管腔器械清洗不合格率,实施PDCA循环管理后2014年5-7月管腔器械清洗不合格率的情况。结果应用PDCA循环后,管腔器械清洗不合格率有了明显的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),达到了质量持续改进。结论应用PDCA循环管理方法,对消毒供应中心的清洗质量实施监控,能有效地降低清洗不合格率,提高清洗、消毒及灭菌质量,防止医院感染。Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA circular management in reducing unqualified rate of metal lumen apparatuses washing. Methods Based on the ＂ Standard for management of disinfection supply center ＂ industry standard we constructed quality standard for equipment cleaning of our hospital,and confirmed a full-time quality control staff to check the quality of metal instruments daily after cleaning,nonsked selective examination more than 7 times every day,and compared unqualified rate before and after the implement of PDCA circular management. Results After the application of PDCA circular management,cleaning lumen equipment failure rate has decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）, achieved the continuous quality improvement. Conclusions The application of PDCA circular management in monitoring the quality of cleaning in sterilization and supply center,can effectively reduce the unqualified rate,improve the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,and prevent hospital infection.
