热管在笔记本电脑中的应用

摘　　要：利用Icepak软件对笔记本电脑中主要元器件进行建模、划分网格并调用Fluent求解器进行数值迭代求解,得到系统的流场分布和温度场分布,并求得关键元器件的温升。另外,提出改进措施,控制元器件温度在极限范围内,保证了设备的正常运行。Used Icepak software to model and mesh main components in laptop and called the Fluent numerical iterative solver to solve, got the system flow field and temperature field distribution, and obtained the rise of temperature of the key component, In addition, the improvement measures were proposed, temperature of the control components was in limit, and ensured the normal operation of the equipment.
