摘　　要：通过对渗流引起的有效应力的分析,给出了渗流向上和向下时饱和粘性土有效应力莫尔圆移动的具体规律,证明了粘性土在达到临界水力梯度时所发生的渗流破坏并非土体的剪切破坏。Through the analysis on the effective stress caused by seepage, this paper gave the specific law of effective stress Mohr＇ s circle with upper and down seepage saturated cohesive soil, proved that the seepage failure of cohesive soil in critical hydraulic gradient was not caused by shear failure of the soil.
