摘　　要：从居民生活、消防安全、节能三方面分析了建筑给排水施工质量的重要性,对管道堵塞、渗漏、供水量及水压不足等问题进行了研究,并提出了防治建筑给排水质量通病的措施,以充分发挥排水系统的功能作用。This paper analyzed the importance of building water supply and drainage construction quality from residents life, fire safety, energy saving three aspects, researched the pipe blockage, leakage, water supply and poor water pressure and other problems, and put forward the meas- ures to prevent and control of building water supply and drainage quality common fault, in order to give full play to the function of drainage system.
