摘　　要：以昆明智慧城市建设为例,结合智慧城市的概念,分析了测绘技术在智慧城市中的作用,阐述了时空信息云平台、大数据技术、移动GIS、实时三维GIS等测绘新技术在智慧城市建设中的应用模式,使城市建设管理更加智能、高效、便捷、环保、科学。Taking Kunming-smarter city building as an example, combining with the concept of smarter city, the article analyzes the role of sur- veying and mapping technology in smarter city, describes the application mode of time-space information cloud computing management platform, massive data disposal technology, mobile GIS, timely three-dimensional GIS and other surveying and mapping technologies in smarter city build- ing, so as to make city building management more intelligent, high efficient, convenient, environmental protection and scientific as well.
