摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能缺失率的效果评价。方法成立品管圈,通过头脑风暴方法确立主题,并选出降低乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能缺失率为活动主题,将2014年2月-4月乳腺癌术后共115例患者分为两组,一组为对照组56例,另一组为观察组59例。运用品管圈方法对观察组进行具体现况调查,分析要因,从而拟定对策,整个过程中运用PDCA循环原则进行对策实施和效果核查。结果实施品管圈后乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能缺失率从60.71%大幅度降低到22.03%。结论品管圈活动可降低乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能缺失率,并有利于提高护士工作的主动性及解决问题的能力。Objective To analyze the effect assessment of quality control circle on reducing the postoperative limb function loss rate in patients with breast cancer. Methods Quality control circle is established based on the theme through brainstorming method,and reducing the postoperative limb function loss rate was selected to be the theme. 115 postoperative breast cancer patients from February 2014 to April 2014 were divided into two groups,one was the control group,56 cases,the other was the observation group, 59 cases. Quality control circle was used to investigate the concrete present situation of observation group. Quality control circle was used to survey the specific analysis of the observation group. Analysis will,thus propose countermeasures. Measures implementation and effect verification was carried out in accordance with PDCA cycle principle throughout the process. Results The postoperative limb function loss rate in patients with breast cancer has been decreased from 61. 71% to 22. 03%.Conclusion Quality Control Circle can decrease postoperative limb function loss rate in patients with breast cancer and improve the nurses work initiative and the ability of resolving clinical problem.
