点穴治瘫十法治疗脑梗死的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:观察点穴治瘫十法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将70例确诊的脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。治疗组应用基础治疗+针灸康复+点穴治疗,对照组应用基础治疗+针灸康复,治疗1个月后观察比较疗效。结果:治疗组的患者治疗后NIHSS积分明显少于对照组的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且治疗组的患者治疗后FMA积分、BI积分均明显高于对照组的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自身前后对比,治疗组患者经治疗1个月后NIHSS积分较治疗前有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且FMA积分、BI积分有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点穴治瘫十法配合常规针灸能较好地改善脑梗死患者运动功能,促进受损的神经功能恢复,提高患者生存质量,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinic effect of ten acupoints pressure methods on cerebral infarction. Methods： Seventy pa- tients with diagnosis of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 35 ）. Treat- ment group treated patients with basic treatment, acupuncture rehabilitation and aeupoint pressure, while the control group treated patients with basic treatment and acupuncture. The effect was observed and compared one month later. Results： Subsequent to in- tervention the NIHSS score was significantly less in the treatment group than in the control group, and the differences were statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; FMA score and B[ score were higher than that in control group, all with statistical differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Self-comparison showed in treatment group after intervention the NIHSS score significantly decreased, FMA score and BI score increased, both with statistical differences（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ten aeupoints pressure methods to cure paralysis with conventional acupuncture can improve motor function of patients with cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of damaged nerve function, and increase the quality of survival. And the method is worth being promoted.
