不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散对小儿肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于小儿肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果。方法于2014年6—12月将拟上午行肠镜检查的60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组采用术前晚睡前（术前12h）服药，对照组采用术日晨（术前6h）服药，比较两组患儿肠道清洁度及患儿依从性。结果观察组患儿肠道准备清洁度合格率为93．3％，对照组为96．7％，差异无统计学意义（X2=0．351，P〉0．05）；观察组患儿肠道准备过程中的依从性优良率为100．0％，对照组为86．7％，观察组依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（X2=4．286，P〈0．05）。结论术前晚睡前（术前12h）口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液进行儿科肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果满意，患儿及家长易于接受，是比较合理的肠道准备方法。Objective To explore the effect of oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation before children. Methods A total of 60 children, who would have enteroscheocele in the forenoon, were divided into experimental group and control group on average. The children in the experimental group took medication before sleep （ 12 hs before operation）, while children of control group took medication at morning of operation day （6 hs before operation）. The children compliance and bowel preparation were compared. Results The qualified cleanness rate of bowel preparation was 93. 3% of the experimental group and 96.7% of the control group （ X2 = 0. 351 ,P 〉 0.05）, while the compliance of experimental group was 100. 0% better than 86. 7% of the control group （X2 = 4. 286, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation （ 12 hs before operation） acquires satisfaction effects, easily be accepted by children and families, and is a reasonable method for bowel preparation.
