摘  要:主要介绍性能设计的基本概念;对比我国与美国相关规范中性能设计的描述,并总结各自的特点与不足;阐述在编广东省标准《钢结构设计规程》中性能设计相关内容,针对某工程选取在编规程的性能目标D,结合MIDAS Building和Perform-3D判断满足常规设计的结构在设防烈度地震和罕遇地震作用下是否满足相应的性能目标要求。This paper mainly introduced the basic concepts of performance-based design. The description about performance-based design in Chinese standards and American codes were compared, and their characteristics and shortcomings were summarized. The related contents about performance-based design in the Technical Specification for Steel Structure Design of Guangdong Province was elaborated, and the performance objective D was selected for an engineering project, it could determine whether the conventional design structure could meet the corresponding requirements of performance objective or not by combining with MIDAS Building and Perform-3D.
