连续护理方法对心脏外科冠脉搭桥术后患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心脏外科冠脉搭桥术患者实施连续护理的效果。方法选取56例冠脉搭桥术患者为研究对象,以随机数字表分成观察组和对照组各28例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施连续护理,对比2组患者对相关健康知识知晓率、并发症总发生率、护理满意度以及肺功能恢复、SF-36量表评分及6 min步行距离。结果观察组患者对疾病、治疗、康复及社会生活相关知识知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FVC、FEV1指标优于对照组,6 min步行距离显著大于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36生存治疗量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心脏外科冠脉搭桥术患者实施连续护理,可显著提高患者对相关健康知识的知晓率,加强其对疾病的认知及防护,一定程度预防临床并发症,而且可提高护理满意度,促进患者肺功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 56 coronary artery bypass grafting patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group. Con- trol group implemented conventional nursing and observation group implemented continuous nurs- ing. The health knowledge awareness, the total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction, the recovery of pulmonary function, SF-36 scale score and 6 min walking walk distance were com- pared. Results Disease, treatment, rehabilitation and knowledge awareness rate related to social life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The overall complication rate was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. FVC, 6 rain walk distance, and FEV1 indicators in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The SF-36 survival treatment scale score was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with coronary artery by- pass grafting can significantly improve the patient＇s awareness rate of health related knowledge, strengthen disease recognition and protection, prevent complications and improve nursing satisfac- tion, promote the recovery of oulmonarv function and quality of life. So it is worthy of application.
