摘　　要：目的 构建肺癌化疗患者PICC健康教育指标体系。方法 成立课题研究小组,采用文献回顾、理论分析、半结构式访谈和Delphi法,编制专家咨询问卷,采用现场发放、信函或电子邮件的形式对23名专家进行2轮意见咨询。结果 2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别是86.96%和100%,专家权威系数是0.88,一级指标的满分比为0.91~0.98,变异系数为0.11~0.15,二级指标的满分比为0.65~1.00,变异系数为0.04~0.18。结论 最终构建了由3项一级指标、24项二级指标、100项具体条目组成的肺癌化疗患者PICC健康教育指标体系,能更全面、准确地反映健康教育的知识需求、沟通和交际需求,具有更好的系统性、针对性和实用性,为今后开展有针对性的健康教育和指导提供了依据。Objective To construct PICC health education index system of lung cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods A research group was set up, literature review and interviews, and adopting Delphi method to deliver two rounds of questionnaire consultation among 23 experts in the form of field distribution, letter or email. Results The effective recovery rates of questionnaire were respectively 86.96 % and 100.00 %. The experts coefficient was 0.88, the full score rate of first- grade indexes was 0. 91--0. 98, the coefficient of variation was 0.11--0.15. The full score rate of the second - grade indexes was 0.65 - 1.00, the coefficient of variation was 0.04-- 0.18. Conclusion The index system is composed of 3 first - grade indexes, 25 second - grade indexes and 100 specific content. It accurately reflects the needs of health education knowledge, communication and interpersonal needs. Meanwhile, it＇s systematic, targeted and practical. And it provides the basis for the health education and guidance in the future.
